How do I get in touch with you?

What does "Print on Demand" mean?
Most of our products are “Print on Demand”. That means we don’t stock products in a warehouse; we’re a small shop and don’t have the ability (yet) to carry inventory. Printing on demand allows us to offer a very wide range of products at a very affordable cost because we only print your order when you submit it. Average printing times are:
2–7 business days to create apparel products
2–5 business days for non-apparel products
Do you offer custom designs?

Shipping & Returns
Do you offer shipping with tracking?
Yes, all DesignedForHeroes shipping methods have tracking. An email will be sent to you when we ship with your carrier information and linked tracking number.
How are your products packaged for shipment?
Because of the variety of products we fulfill, we package each item based on dimension requirements to ensure protection during shipment. Generally, posters are shipped in kraft tube boxes with plastic end caps. Canvases are usually shipped in corrugated boxes, ranging in dimensions of 12x18x2 to 28x38x6. Frames are first wrapped in tissue paper to protect them from scratches and are then wrapped in a layer of adhesive bubble wrap. Finally, they are wrapped in a thicker, more durable bubble wrap that will add extra protection during shipment.
What if the product is damaged in the mail?
If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to orders@designedforheroes.com, then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
How quickly are packages delivered?
We print and fulfill all our products on demand once you place an order. To estimate when you will get your order, add our fulfillment time to the shipping time. It takes 2–7 business days to create apparel products and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products.
Here are the shipping times for each shipping method we offer:
Overnight: next day delivery in the US
Express: 1-3 business days in the US, Canada, and internationally
Standard: 3-4 business days in the US, 6-10 days in Canada, 5-20 days internationally
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Mistakes happen. If you enter the wrong shipping address, let us know as soon as you find out. Since all of our products are printed on-demand, there’s a good chance we can change the shipping address before it goes out. We’ll do everything we can to get it to you. Let us know by emailing us at: orders@designedforheroes.com and be sure to include the name on the order and the order number, along with the correct shipping information.
